The Rebel 4R 180 angle roll is an hydraulic bending machine with 4 rolls. This roll bender can operate in vertical or horizontal position. Three of the rolls are hydraulically driven and have planetary gearbox installed to concentrate the power on the metal to bend.

Linear movement of the bending rollers: the side bending rolls move on a rectilinear axis which reduces the space between the rolls themselves. This way the clamping point of the profile between the side and top one occurs in less space. The linear guides directly realized in the machine frame allow to work smaller diameters with high precision, accuracy and stability. The pre-bending phase is without straight parts and also the segment at the end is significantly reduced, the result is a functional profile in all its parts. Wide distance of the side rolls with greater bending capacity on larger diameters.
